For years everyone in the fitness photography industry has followed a very similar model in regards to booking photoshoots. It works, it gives you a few options, but in the end you are given an option between A, B or C packages. Pretty boring right? How the heck does the photographer really know what it is that you want exactly? You are unique and an individual, so why should your package be same as everyone else?
Well, we’ve decided to flip it upside down and give YOU all the power to make a photo shoot package just for YOU!
Now you are able to fully customize your photoshoot experience and build a photoshoot that is right for you and your budget! Just move sliders with options to give you a shoot you want and one that fits your budget.

Breaking things Down
When you see the booking system it’s pretty straight forward, but we want to take a few moments and give you a quick overview of the various components. The power to fully customize your shoot is in your hands and hopefully this guide will help you achieve exactly what you want.
Not much to say about this portion. It’s pretty straight forward. Make sure you input your proper email so that we can contact you with confirmation of your shoot.
Reason for Photoshoot:
We added this section as a result of our industry research. Some of you will want to book a shoot strictly for online social media or your website and have no need for super high resolution prints or magazine submissions. In this case, we will direct you to getting more of the social media images as edits.
When selecting Web/Social Media option we automatically set the Social Media /Web Resolution edits at 10. This is the minimum number of images you would want to get from your shoot. The length of shoot can be as little as 2 hours for this option.
For the Magazine Submission option, the length of shoot is automatically set to 3 hours in order to get proper content for submission such as a workout. When you book the shoot for magazine submission there are no hidden costs or charges for us coming up with a routine or submitting the shoot to publications on your behalf. Frankly, the best idea is to actually come prepared with an idea for a workout or routine that you think is unique and works for you and your body type. Also, with this selection the high resolution edits are automatically selected to 5 so that you can submit a few strong shots with your magazine submission. Here is the cherry on top of the pie! If your workout gets selected by a publication, there is no further costs to you for us to edit those images for publication. Sometimes in a longer feature that can be up to 20 edited images. We take care of that for you at no extra cost!
What location would you like for your photoshoot:
Selecting either gym or studio individually has no restrictions on any of the options. Selecting the Gym & Studio option however increases the number of minimum hours to 3. This is in order to give us sufficient time to cover both options with sufficient material without rushing. Our gym is directly connected to our studio so there is no time lost between the transition.
Outdoor Location/Other, is another option that has a minimum of 3 hours. This takes into consideration that it will take us longer to arrive at your destination for the shoot. This is only applicable to locations within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Locations outside of the GTA will be custom priced to include travel time and expenses.
In the months of March until end of November tends to be our busiest season for photoshoots and if you are planning a shoot and want a specific date we suggest booking 2 months ahead. Our studio is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Select three dates that would work best for your photoshoot. Once we receive your request we will get back to you in 2 business days confirming availability.
Length of photoshoot:
In this section, you can fully customize the length of your photoshoot. The length might be automatically preset as a minimum based on some of your previous choices such as magazine submission. Sessions 3-4 hours in length can be split with up to 3 people. Sessions 5-6 hours can be split with up to 8 people.
High Resolution Image Edits:
These edits are performed to our highest level standards, ensuring you top of the line imagery for print publication or large format printing. Each image is carefully edited to meet our standards which are some of the highest in the industry for photo editing.
Social Media / Web Resolution Edits:
These edits are done with the specific purpose of online usage. The final file size is not as large as our high resolution edits which can be blown up to billboard size. These are optimized and edited for social media usage and websites. If new website materials or social media marketing images is what you need then this is a great option at a fraction of the cost of high resolution edits.
Our regular turnaround time for image editing is up to 2-3 weeks after we receive your image selection. For those of you who can’t wait the Rush option guarantees that your edits will be done within 5 business days or faster. There is a 20% premium on the editing costs for this selection.
Social Media Video Packages:
During your photoshoot we can also capture the behind the scenes video of your photoshoot with the purpose of making videos specifically for social media. To see some examples please check out our instagram page. Videos are edited from your shoot into 15-second pieces. Longer versions are also available upon request.
Most female models/athletes come to the shoot requesting beauty services prior to their shoot. We work closely with CherryDolls and Glamology to provide you with the best hair and makeup prior to your shoot. You are also able to bringing in your own hair and makeup team if you would like.
We have two photographers that you can select. Because of our busy shooting schedule sometimes one of the photographers might not be available or traveling on location shoots. The No preference option will assign a photographer who is available at the date of your shoot.
The style that you can expect from both photographers is identical. We’ve been shooting together for over 5 years.

The deposit is a non-refundable booking fee. It is 30% of your total photoshoot package.
Pay up Front:
Paying up front entitles you to a 10% discount. In the event of cancellation, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded the remaining 50% will be held as a cancellation fee/deposit.
This is the total cost of your photoshoot. Taxes are included in the total price. There are no other hidden fees.
